But damn, I make some good cookies. And for kitchen jalop status, please note the garage made cookie sheet. I couldn't find a thick aluminum sheet to fit my Sil Pat, so I chopped a piece of aluminum wall protector. Yeah, pure man stuff fer the cookies.

I was trying to get the potatoe shot to load with the original post, but it missed. So here they are, in all their butterscotchery glory. This was one of the best smelling, most aromatic batches I have ever done. It was just about up to "eat your way through the oven door" level of good smell.
